Terms of Service

1. The service

MoreBit is a hosted software service for managing leads, rooms, scheduling, attendance, staff, and billing in a multi-tenant workspace. We may update features, limits, or availability as the product evolves.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for ensuring your users comply with these Terms. Each workspace is operated by a designated administrator who controls access and much of the data entered into the platform.

3. Feedback programme and trials

We may offer limited early access, feedback-programme participation, or free trial periods. Duration, capacity, and features may be restricted. We may change or end trial or programme terms with reasonable notice where practicable. Trial access does not guarantee continued free use or a specific price after the trial or programme ends.

4. Subscriptions, pricing, and billing

Paid plans, if offered, are billed on a subscription basis according to the plan and pricing communicated at signup or renewal. Public pricing on our website may be marked as tentative and is not a binding quote until confirmed in an order or workspace billing settings. Taxes (including GST in India, where applicable) may be added as required by law. You authorise us to charge applicable fees using the payment method on file. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation of a paid subscription according to instructions we provide in the product or by contacting support@morebitsolutions.com. Unless otherwise stated in writing for your workspace, fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. We may offer goodwill credits or extensions at our discretion during early access.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse MoreBit, including by:

• Violating applicable law or third-party rights
• Attempting unauthorised access, probing, or disrupting the service
• Uploading malware or using the service to send spam or unlawful content
• Reverse engineering or reselling the service except as expressly permitted

7. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. For workspace content entered by you and your users, you are typically the controller and we act as a processor providing the platform on your instructions, except where we process account or billing data as a controller.

8. Intellectual property

MoreBit, its software, branding, and documentation remain the property of MoreBit Solutions and its licensors. You retain ownership of data you submit. We receive a limited licence to host, back up, and process your data solely to provide and improve the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for your operational decisions and backups of critical exports where the product provides export tools.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoreBit Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from the service shall not exceed the fees you paid us for MoreBit in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or INR equivalent of one hundred USD if no fees were paid, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirement. Upon termination, access may cease and we may delete or retain data according to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India (subject to applicable Indian law) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

13. Changes and contact
