MoreBit Solutions ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit our marketing website, contact us, or use the MoreBit cloud platform (trial, feedback-programme, or paid workspaces). It should be read with our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy.

2. Roles: controller and processor

Website and account data: We act as a data controller for information needed to operate our site, process contact and trial applications, create workspaces, bill subscriptions, and support customers.

Workspace content: Data you and your users enter into MoreBit (for example leads, schedules, attendance, staff records, and billing entries) is generally controlled by your organisation's workspace administrator. We process that content as a processor to provide the service on your instructions, except where we must process it to secure, operate, or comply with law.

3. Data we collect

• Identity and contact: Name, email, phone, organisation name, and workspace details you provide at registration or on contact forms.
• Account and security: Login credentials (stored hashed), OTP verification records, role assignments, and audit logs related to access.
• Workspace content: Operational data you choose to store in MoreBit, as described above.
• Billing: Plan, payment status, and transaction references processed through our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers on our servers where a provider tokenises payments).
• Technical: IP address, browser type, device information, and logs used for security, debugging, and service reliability.

4. How we use data

• Provide, maintain, and secure MoreBit workspaces
• Respond to contact, trial, and support requests
• Process subscriptions and send service-related communications
• Improve the product, detect abuse, and meet legal obligations

Contact form submissions are transmitted via FormSubmit to support@morebitsolutions.com. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers through the contact form.

5. Legal bases (summary)

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract (to provide MoreBit), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, and communication about the service), consent (where we ask for it explicitly), and legal obligation.

6. Sharing and subprocessors

We share data with service providers who help us host, email, authenticate, or bill (for example cloud hosting, email delivery, and payment gateways). They may process data only to perform services for us under contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the service.

7. International transfers

Data may be processed in India and in other countries where our infrastructure or providers operate. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Workspace data may be deleted or anonymised after termination subject to backup cycles and legal hold requirements. Contact form records are kept for a reasonable period to handle follow-up.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures appropriate to a cloud SaaS product, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you should use strong passwords and limit admin access within your workspace.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Workspace end users should contact their workspace administrator first; administrators and account holders may contact us at support@morebitsolutions.com. We will respond within timelines required by applicable law.

11. Children

MoreBit is a business operations platform not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without appropriate authority. If you believe we have done so, contact us to request deletion.
